Hello! I'm Shawn and I've had my 94 R2 in Brilliant Black since 2003. I was in my late 30s and from the moment I set my eyes on the 3rd Generation Mazda RX-7, I knew that it was the car I wanted to grow old with.

I found my dream car on eBay. The car was in LA and I was in Vancouver, BC. It took some work to get it transported and imported into Canada but it's approaching 20 years under my roof.

I've always felt that there should be some record kept of how many of these automotive marvels are remaining. I built this site for owners to register their car so that over time there will be a true community of enthusiast owners who can be part of what is becoming an ever increasingly exclusive group.

This registry is a labour of love and a hobby that allows me to revel in my appreciation for the FD. My efforts to build this registry will hopefully lead to a stronger more robust community of FD aficionados. Thanks for checking out this site!
